A delegation of the employees and students of VSMU, led by the Rector of the University Alexei Chukanov, took part in the patriotic forum “30 years under the sign of quality”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Institution of Presidency in the Republic of Belarus.

From July 1 to July 12, 2024, 10 students of the 4^th and the 5^th years of the Faculty of Medicine of VSMU underwent practical training in surgery and therapy at Astana Medical University’s Green Clinic. Our students were accompanied by Sergei Fedyanin, associate professor of the Chair of Hospital Surgery with a course of FAT and SR.

From July 8 to July 19, 2024, as part of the academic mobility and on the basis of a cooperation agreement with Privolzhsky Research Medical University, 10 students of the 4^th and the 5^th year of the Faculty of Medicine of VSMU undergo medical practical training in the city of Nizhny Novgorod on the basis of the city clinical hospital No. 5 and the clinic "Berezhlivaya".

The 4^th year students of the medical faculty of Samara State Medical University and the 3^rd year students of Kirov State Medical University undergo internship at Vitebsk Regional Clinical Hospital on the basis of VSMU, where they improve their professional skills.

The students have already become familiar with the work of the therapeutic departments: cardiology, rheumatology, hematology, neurology, pulmonology, hemodialysis, etc.

From July 8 to July 19, 2024, as part of the academic mobility program, the 3^rd  year students of the Medical Institute of Pskov State University are undergoing nursing practice at VSMU.
