On December 6, 2025, the final of the ninth session of the Leadership Platform "Team of the Future" took place at Minsk City Hall.

The project, organized by the Youth Council of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly, brought together promising young leaders.

On December 8, 2025, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a significant cultural, historical, and spiritual event—the consecration of a memorial sign erected at the site of the temple in the name of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, dating back to the 17th century.

The consecration ceremony was conducted by Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus.

On December 5, 2025, a meeting of the organizing teams and participants of the project on the development and organization of popular science visit programs for students of universities in the Russian Federation and higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus was held via videoconference. The results of the project, which included 14 expeditions, were summarized.

On December 5, 2025, the art exhibition "In Search of Inner Light" by Pavel Sleptsov, a 6th-year student of the General Medicine Faculty, opened in the lobby on the 1st floor of the Laboratory and Theoretical Building at VSMU. Vladimir Plytkevich, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers; Dmitry Kuzhel, Vice-Rector of Ideological and Educational Work; as well as teachers and students of the university, attended the opening of the exhibition.

A vibrant international event, "Freshman's Night," took place at VSMU.

This annual student initiation ceremony was traditionally organized by the Sri Lankan community with active participation from second-year students.
