On April 9, 2024, the 45th congress of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union took place in Minsk to elect delegates to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.

A total of 80 delegates were elected from the youth organization.

The youngest candidate for the delegate of the BHC from the Belarusian Republican Youth Union is 18-year-old Elizaveta Ivanova, a 1st year student of the medical faculty of the Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University, winner of the 11th season of the republican youth project "100 ideas for Belarus", the participant in the international youth project " 100 ideas for the CIS". The girl defended 8 research papers, one of which was a social project - winner in the “Healthcare” category of the Eurasian Patent Universiade “Looking into the Future.”
