Our department carries out a series of instrumental examinations that are difficult to access in the standard health facilities (clinics, hospitals) because of high demand. A careful and sensitive attitude during all procedures and diagnostic studies emphasizes the high professionalism of the department.
List of instrumental examinations:
- Ultrasonography (US) of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys, adrenals, prostate and bladder, uterus and appendages, which allows identifying violations of the structure of the internal organs, the presence of tumor formations, etc.
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) allows assessing the condition of the heart muscle, identifying cardiac arrhythmias or conduction.
- Cycle ergometry - dosed physical activity performed with electrocardiographic monitoring in order to assess the spare capacities of the heart, to identify possible reaction or ischemic cardiac arrhythmia during exercise, etc.
- Daily Monitoring ECG allows assessing the state of the heart muscle at rest and during the implementation of daily and physical activity, detecting “silent” myocardial ischemia, possible extending cardiac arrhythmias, duration and terms of appearance, to evaluate the effectiveness of the medication.
- A daily check of blood pressure allows estimating its fluctuations during the day, and that is especially important - at the exact time, to identify the impact of domestic and physical activities on blood pressure, to evaluate the effectiveness of drugs.
- Fibrogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) allows assessing visually the state of the lining of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, and see the possible erosion, ulcer, tumor formation, perform a biopsy, remove polyps and others.
- Spirography allows evaluating the state of the bronchopulmonary system.
