On September 25, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between Vitebsk State Medical University and Gorbovich Secondary School.

The subject of the agreement is the joint activities of the parties in organizing and operating a specialized class with a medical focus, as well as achieving common goals such as improving the quality of education, fostering interaction, exchanging experience, organizing career guidance activities with students, and conducting joint scientific and educational events.

On September 23–24, 2025, a delegation from Vitebsk State Medical University, led by Rector Alexey Chukanov, visited the Chinese Medical Equipment Exhibition held at the “Great Stone” Industrial Park.

The exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the China Association of Medical Equipment.

On September 23, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Educational Establishment "Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University" and the state educational institution "Bogushevskaya Secondary School of the Senno District" regarding the organization and operation of a specialized medical-oriented class.

On September 23, 2025, a meeting took place at Vitebsk State Medical University between Yury Anatolyevich Panfilov, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Industry, Energy, Transport, Communications, and Digital Development of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and the students and staff of VSMU.
