On April 10, 2025, the faculty of pre-university training of VSMU conducted a career guidance excursion to the anatomical museum of VSMU for the students of the State Educational Establishment “Vitebsk State College of Light Industry and Technologies”, during which the children got acquainted with the museum exhibits, as well as anatomical features of the human body structure.

On April 11, 2025, in the Educational Center of Life Safety of the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus the solemn awarding of the winners of the open competition “Formation of life safety culture in achieving the goals of sustainable development” took place.

The 2nd year students of the pediatric faculty of VSMU Yan Afanasiev and Victoria Lakovich became the winners of the contest.

On April 8-10, 2025, the International Exhibition and Forum on Pharmaceutics and Biotechnology was held in St. Petersburg. This is an important industry event that annually gathers hundreds of pharmaceutical industry experts from Russia, near and far abroad.

Within the framework of the event there was held All-Russian scientific-practical conference with international participation “Pharmaceutical science: challenges and solutions in the XXI century” in which the staff of VSMU took part.

The 1st year student of the medical faculty of VSMU Belozer Daria took the first place in the category “Family Chronicle” of the III International literary contest “Living Latin”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, which was held by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Establishment of Higher Education “Izhevsk State Medical Academy” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The students and employees of VSMU took part in the International meeting of descendants of winners “Grandsons of Victory”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the storming of the fortress city of Koenigsberg and the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
