Practice of VSMU students at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University

As part of the academic mobility program, the 4^th and the 5^th year students of VSMU General Medicine Faculty received a unique opportunity to undergo practical internship at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (Moscow, Russian Federation). As part of the inter-university cooperation agreement, our students were at Moscow clinical sites from July 8 to 19.

The practice program was very intense. Thus, the 4^th year students of General Medicine Faculty were assigned to the Diagnostic Clinical Center No. 1, where they were able to fully familiarize themselves with the organization of Moscow outpatient clinic. On the very first day, they familiarized themselves with the structure of the outpatient clinic, and then the future doctors were involved in working with general practitioners, specialists (endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, etc.).

On July 29, 2024 the interuniversity meeting was held at the student sanatorium-preventorium of VSMU under the chairmanship of Snezhana Aleksandrovna Titova, the head of the representative office of Vitebsk regional department of the Republican center for health improvement and sanatorium-resort of the population.

On July 29, 2024, as part of the visit to Vitebsk of the delegation of representatives of higher educational establishments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a working meeting between the Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work Denis Nikolaevich Lits with the participation of employees of the Department of International and Interregional Relations with employees of the Medical Faculty of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute represented by the Head of the Chair of General Medicine Turakulov Vali Norkulovich and the Assistant of the Chair of General Medicine Berbekulov Zhavlonbek was held.

On July 25, 2024, a working meeting of the Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work Lits Denis Nikolaevich with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Overseas Students Training Vyacheslav Voytekhovich Pobiarzhyn and employees of the Department of International and Interregional Affairs with the recruiting agency “Legal & Legal Consultants” (Pakistan) represented by the agency's CEO Khakan Mahmood and Director Marketing Chaudry Hamid Mahmood, that recruits students from Pakistan, was held at VSMU.
