On November 2, 2025, as part of the project "Restoration of the Temples of the Vitebsk Region," an excursion to the Holy Protection Cathedral of Vitebsk and the Church of the Holy Martyr Athanasius of Brest, conducted by Priest Vladimir Ruzhinsky-Ganzienko, was organized for VSMU students.

The students learned about the history of the restoration of the Holy Protection Cathedral, as well as its murals and relics.

On October 31, 2025, the VI Russian-Belarusian Scientific and Practical Conference "Pain Management without Borders" was held at the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone."

From October 29 to November 3, the university hosted informational sessions on the topic "Investigation of the Criminal Case on the Genocide of the Belarusian People during the Great Patriotic War" for first-year students of all faculties. The sessions featured participation by I.V. Metelitsa, Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision of Law Enforcement in the Vitebsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

Alexey Chukanov, Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University (VSMU), Member of the Supreme Political Council of the Belarusian “Belaya Rus” Party from the Vitebsk region, participated in the first meeting of “the Iskra” Youth Movement Council of the Belarusian “Belaya Rus” Party, which took place on November 1, 2025, in Minsk.

The event convened over 500 participants from across the country — representatives of regional headquarters, members of the Supreme Political Council, and distinguished guests.

On October 31, 2025, first-year students of the Stomatological Faculty and General Medicine Faculty, Fedor Chevankov and Ekaterina Pyanova, conducted career guidance meetings with students in grades 10–11 at the grounds of the State Educational Establishment "Secondary School No. 2 named after V.M. Kolesnikov Rogachev" and the State Educational Establishment "Gymnasium No. 4 Mogilev."
