On December 21, 2023, as part of the Single Information Day on the topic “Political security as the basis of socio-political stability of a sovereign state. Election campaign of 2024 in new legal conditions" a conversation was held at the Vitebsk Regional Children's Clinical Center with the participation of the students and staff of the pediatric faculty of VSMU.

On December 21, 2023, in hostel No. 8 a Unified Information Day was held on the topic “Political security as the basis of socio-political stability of a sovereign state. Election campaign of 2024 in new legal conditions” with the participation of the chairman of the students’ trade union committee, Alexander Myasoedov.

On December 21, 2023, at the military department of VSMU, a meeting of members of the military-patriotic Club “Serving the Fatherland” and the participants in a military-patriotic song concert-competition chaired by the head of the military department Igor Lyatos was held. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector for Educational Work Natalya Boltrushevich and the Vice-Rector for Security, Regime and Personnel Nikolai Dorofeev, who gave a positive assessment of the competition and noted the high level of performers and organization of the competition. In a friendly atmosphere, those gathered discussed the event and expressed their opinions and wishes for its future holding.

On December 21, 2023, the first Christmas Republican Botkin readings took place at the Vitebsk State Medical University with the participation of honored guests Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavsky Benjamin, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, Bishop of Drutsk Eusebius, Vicar of the Vitebsk Diocese, Chief Rabbi of the religious association of communities of progressive Judaism in Belarus Grigory Abramovich, Priest Roman Artemova – acting Chairman of the Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service of the BOC.
