On November 17, 2023, the Department of Public Health and Healthcare with the course of FAT and PR of VSMU held a visiting seminar at the Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital. Subordinators of the “Obstetrics and Gynecology” and “Anesthesiology and Reanimatology” profiles had the opportunity to assess the real situation of future practical work. For the third semester in a row, on-site classes have been helping graduates gain practical knowledge about their professional activities.

At the beginning of the lesson the teacher introduced students to the features of providing medical care to people living in rural areas, social standards and territorial programs of state guarantees for the provision of medical care.

The chief physician Svetlana Roshchina and the deputy of the chief physician for the medical department Svetlana Shienok presented the graduates with the structure and organization of work of the Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital as well as with the responsibilities of the medical staff, the regime of the departments and the main performance indicators.
