On November 20, 2023, a regular meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council was held, at which reports on the implementation of research work on the assignments of the State Public Research Institute were presented; the topics and individual plans for the implementation of two doctoral and five candidate dissertations were approved.

Works were recommended for participation in the annual open regional competition for awards of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee for talented young scientists and specialists, as well as student scientific works for the Republican competition of scientific works of students in 2023. The instructions for use were reviewed and recommended for submission to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. The certificates were awarded to the winners of the competition for the best student scientific community of 2023.
