The First Vice-Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University Alina Shchupakova and the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Organizational and Legal Work Denis Lits took part in the “Bridges of Friendship” project in the city of Pskov with the aim of developing relations between higher educational establishments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and signed an agreement on the entry of Vitebsk State Medical University in the Consortium “University Russian-Belarusian Union “Together”.
