On March 19, 2024, a reporting and election trade union conference of students was held at VSMU with the participation of the Chairman of the Vitebsk regional committee of the BUHW Vladimir Plytkevich, and the Vice-rector for educational work of VSMU Dmitry Kuzhel.

During the conference, reports were heard on the work of the trade union committee and the work of the audit commission for the period from November 15, 2019 to March 19, 2024.

A vote took place, following which Nikita Paramonov was elected to the post of the Chairman of the VSMU students’ trade union committee, and Nikita Skaskevich was elected to the post of the Deputy chairman of the students’ trade union committee.

Questions about the election were also considered:

trade union committee; the audit commission of the students' trade union committee; delegates to the 29th reporting and election conference of the Vitebsk regional organization of the BUHW; delegate to the 2nd reporting and election conference of the Vitebsk City Association of Trade Unions; on the delegation of a PTUO representative to the Council of the Vitebsk City Trade Union Association.

The awarding ceremony for the scholarship recipients of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the BUHW took place.
