On January 16-17, 2025, the regional youth forum "Time of Your Opportunities" was held in Vitebsk, in which the trainee teachers of VSMU Anna Efremova and Yuri Pavlov took part.

On the first day of the forum the participants enjoyed visiting the sections "Healthcare" and "Sports and Tourism". The base for the section on health care was the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Center for Medical Rehabilitation for the Disabled and Veterans of Military Operations in Other Countries, where the participants got acquainted with the rehabilitation room, the multifactor relaxation room, and the center of traditional Chinese medicine.

A competition in practical shooting using pneumatic weapons was held in the sports shooting club "Fora".

Then the forum participants had an excursion to the Ice Palace, which was dedicated to the history of the creation and modern equipment of the Hockey Club "Vitebsk".

Meetings were held with the head of the main department of health of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Vishnevetsky Mikhail Leontievich and the head of the department of sports and tourism of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Fateev Denis Igorevich, where problematic professional issues were raised and issues of holding an electoral campaign in the Republic of Belarus were discussed.

The eventful day ended with a concert and entertainment program in the Vitebsk Concert Hall.

On the second day a dialogue platform was held with the chairman of the regional executive committee Alexander Mikhailovich Subbotin, where the issues of interest to young people about the further vector of development of the region and the country as a whole, artificial intelligence, opportunities for career growth and development were discussed.

At the end of the forum, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the regional youth award of the BRYU "Achievement".
