On January 23, 2025, a career guidance event for students in grades 8-11 was held at the State Educational establishment "Secondary School No. 43 of Vitebsk named after M.P. Shmyrev" within the framework of the Republican project School of Active Citizen on the topic "Youth is the time to choose a profession".

The meeting with schoolchildren was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Education of the Vitebsk State Medical University Lyubov Orekhova and the Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine Sergey Devyatykh. The students were introduced to educational establishments in the form of a presentation, and were also told about the features, advantages and conditions for admission to higher education etablishments on the terms of targeted training.
