On January 24, 2025, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Vladimirovich Demidov and the students and teachers of the Vitebsk State Medical University.

The participants of the meeting were presented with the project "Presidential Republic. Homeland. Welfare. Future", and a presentation was shown telling about the stages and results of the development of the Republic of Belarus over the past 30 years.

The participants of the dialogue discussed the key achievements of Belarus in industry, energy, healthcare, education, science and other areas.

The emphasis was placed on the importance of the election campaign and the role of each Belarusian in choosing the future of the country.

The head of the deputy corps emphasized the role of young people in the further socio-economic development of the country and the importance of their participation in the elections.

The staff and students not only actively joined the conversation, but also addressed many questions to Dmitry Vladimirovich, which indicates the high interest of the team in the topics discussed.

At the end of the meeting the VSMU Rector Alexey Chukanov and the university staff thanked Dmitry Vladimirovich for the open and constructive dialogue and expressed hope for further cooperation and exchange of opinions.
