The grand opening of the Spartakiad "Cheerfulness and Health-2025" among the faculty and the staff of VSMU took place on January 29. The representatives of the veteran organization of VSMU will take an active part in the Spartakiad competitions. The sports competitions will last until February 11.

The VSMU Vice-Rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work Denis Lits, the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Employees Alexander Myasoedov addressed the participants of the Spartakiad with a welcoming speech, wishing everyone good competitions, sports success and conquering new heights. They also noted the importance of such events for strengthening team spirit and maintaining a friendly atmosphere among the university employees.
