On February 10, 2025, a video conference was held between VSMU and the Chinese educational association Beijing FD International Education Technology Co., Ltd (FD EDU).

The Chinese representatives were welcomed by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work Denis Lits. The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Valentina Kugach, the Head of the Office of International and Interregional Relations Elena Sharykhina and the Head of the Department of International Relations Anna Pchelintseva also took part in the negotiations.

The negotiations were held with FD EDU on the prospects for cooperation in the field of pharmacy in the form of student exchanges under short-term and long-term programs, the creation of joint educational programs with Chinese universities and higher colleges. An agreement was reached to sign a cooperation agreement with the Chinese association Taizhou Higher Technical College.
