On March 14 and 17, 2025, the faculty of pre-university training of VSMU conducted a vocational guidance excursion for pupils of the 9-11th grades of the State Educational Establishment “Secondary school №42 of Vitebsk named after D.F. Raitsev”, within the framework of which schoolchildren got acquainted with anatomical preparations and exhibits of the museum of VSMU, as well as the peculiarities of the human body structure.

Also during the excursion the importance of “Human Anatomy” as one of the basic disciplines in the medical university and the importance of application of the obtained knowledge both in the subsequent courses of study and in the future profession of a doctor were emphasized.
