On April 15, 2025, the head of the Department of Pediatrics №2 with the course of FAT and PR of VSMU Zhuravleva Liudmila Zhuravleva, the deputy executive secretary of the Admissions Committee, the head of the Department of Pathological Physiology Belyaeva Liudmila and the 4th year students of the Pediatric Faculty Barilko Tatiana and Belkovsky Rodion took part in the live broadcast of the project “Your Choice” on “Radio Vitebsk”.

During the dialogue Zhuravleva Lyudmila told about the history of the pediatric faculty, peculiarities of the educational process, achievements of the faculty, emphasized the practice-oriented approach to the training of future pediatricians. The listeners of the program had a great opportunity to learn the specifics of training at the Faculty of Pediatrics and make the right choice.

Lyudmila Belyaeva presented information about the plan of admission of students to the Pediatric Faculty of VSMU. She acquainted the listeners with the control figures of admission, emphasized the advantages of admission under the conditions of targeted training, which will allow future students to choose a path for education at the Faculty of Pediatrics.

The 4th year students of the Faculty of Pediatrics spoke about the advantages of studying at the faculty, the role of mentors, educational and social work at the university.

Barilko Tatiana shared her experience of adaptation in the first year, told about the opportunities to participate in the social life of the university. Belkovsky Roman emphasized the importance of pediatrician profession for the future of the Republic of Belarus, prospects and advantages of pediatrician profession, and also told about what motivated him to choose the pediatric faculty of VSMU for training.
