On April 25, 2025, Alexei Chukanov, the Chief Outside Specialist in Ultrasound Diagnostics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, visited medical institutions in Nesvizh and Stolbtsy.

Aims of the visit:

- To check the organisation of ultrasound diagnostics in hospitals and polyclinics;

- Assessment of accessibility of ultrasound examinations for patients;

- Monitoring the efficiency of high-tech equipment.

During the visit Alexey Chukanov discussed key issues with diagnostic doctors and heads of departments, including improvement of diagnostics quality and rational use of medical equipment.

Particular attention was paid to compliance with standards for conducting tests and reducing waiting times for diagnostic procedures.
