On April 25, 2025, in VSMU the Plenary meeting on the results of the 77th International scientific-practical conference of students and young scientists ‘Topical issues of modern medicine and pharmacy’ took place.

Elena Asiryan, the Vice-rector for scientific work, addressed the participants of the conference with a welcoming speech, noting the importance of such events and the necessity of functioning of student scientific society in order to increase the scientific potential of students and young scientists.

The best scientific works were presented by the students of our university and other universities of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The participants of the conference were awarded diplomas of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd category.

A.K. Abdul, a researcher of the Belarusian State Medical University, and D.D. Dorozhkina and M.P. Zhilkina, the 5th year students of the Institute of Clinical Medicine of the Samara State Medical University, spoke at the session.

The guests noted the high scientific level and qualitative organisational and methodical support of the conference sessions.
