On April 26, 2025, on the basis of Vitebsk State Medical University the Open Doors Day took place.

The event was attended by Denis Lits, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work, Lyudmila Belyaeva, the Deputy Executive Secretary, the deans of all faculties of VSMU, the representatives of organizations-customers of personnel.

In the welcoming speech of the Rector of the University the main achievements of VSMU and priority directions of medical science were announced, as well as wishes of success to applicants in achieving their goals were expressed.

Participants of the event were acquainted with the structure of our University, results of the admission campaign in 2024, rules of admission to VSMU in 2025, procedure of issuing target directions and possibilities of cooperation with organizations-customers of personnel.

The solemn part of the program ended with the performance of creative groups of VSMU.

The future applicants were presented thematic sites and familiarization excursions to the anatomical museum, to the pharmaceutical and pediatric faculties, where they had an opportunity to ask all questions.
