On May 22, 2025, the main department of justice together with territorial departments of compulsory execution of Vitebsk region held classes on ideological training and unified day of information, during which topical issues of state policy and socio-economic development were discussed.

The Chairperson of the Vitebsk City Council of Deputies Olga Ivanova highlighted the topic “State Symbols of the Republic of Belarus”, revealing in detail their historical significance and role in strengthening national unity.

Denis Lits, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Information and Legal Work of Vitebsk State Medical University, in his speech “Healthy Nation - the Basis for the Development of Belarus” told about the key aspects of the state policy in the sphere of health care.

He noted that sustainable development of society is impossible without an effective health care system, including:

- ensuring equal accessibility of medical care in all regions of the country;

- modernization of medical institutions and introduction of innovative technologies;

- creation of conditions for disease prevention and formation of a healthy lifestyle.

“Investments in the health of citizens are investments in the future of the country,” emphasized Denis Lits. - The state is consistently improving the medical system, which allows not only to increase life expectancy, but also to improve its quality".
