On May 28, 2025, in VSMU the report-elective meeting of the Volunteers Council of the University was held, during which the chairman of the Volunteers Council Boykova Daria presented the report on the work done by the participants of the volunteer movement of VSMU for 2024/2025 academic year.

At the event the Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work Dmitry Kuzhel thanked the volunteers for conscientious work, acquainted them with the project of the Programme of Action of Medical Volunteers of the Republic of Belarus for 2025-2027, and also presented the Gratitude of the Rector of the University for active participation in public life of the University and implementation of volunteer projects and initiatives.

Elena Katskevich, a 4th year student of the Faculty of Paediatrics, was elected the new head of the squad ‘Good Always Saves’.
