On May 28, 2025, the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation "Geriatrics: from Traditional Approaches to Digital Transformation of Care for the Elderly" was held on the basis of the educational establishment "Vitebsk State Order of Friendship of Peoples Medical University" in hybrid format.

Lilia Ilyushenko, the chief freelance specialist in geriatrics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, Vera Astapenko, the deputy chairman of the Committee on Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Stanislav Chimburg, the deputy chairman of the Postavy District Executive Committee, Marina Grigorovich, the head of the Department of Family Medicine and Polyclinic Therapy of the Kirov State Medical University, Tatyana Olenskaya, the chief supernumerary specialist in geriatrics of Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Leyla Akhmadeeva, the professor of the Department of Neurology of Bashkir State Medical University, Natalia Galinovskaya, the dean of the Faculty of Family Medicine and Polyclinic Therapy of Gomel State Medical University, Natalia Alekseeva, the deputy head of the medical department of Lepel Military Sanatorium, Alla Nikolaeva, the head of the Department of Hypobaric Adaptation of VCCH №1, Dmitry Britvin, the head of the Department of Anaesthesiology and Reanimation of VCCH №1- they all made presentations on topical issues of modern geriatrics.

The reports and master class by Professor Vladimir Savostyanov of the Department of Physical Education of Bauman Moscow State Technical University devoted to digital biohacking of biological age and diagnostics of biological age as a basis for preventive geriatrics aroused special interest.

The experience of interdisciplinary medical and social work of applying the system of remote technologies based on ‘Multilevel automated information system of diagnostics of human adaptation capabilities’ (developed by Professor V.V. Savostyanov) in Postavy district was presented by Mikhail Rabizo, the deputy head physician of Postavy Central Regional Hospital, by Anastasia Tanana, the general practitioner, by the deputy director of Postavy TCSС Olga Antukh and by Inna Vyrvich, the head of the department of social assistance at home.
