On June 12, 2025, Olga Kasyan, the senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy with a course of FAT and PR, within the framework of the educational programme of advanced training of managers and specialists on the curriculum ‘Improving the quality of the educational process through the use of modern pedagogical technologies’ held a master class on ‘Formation of a favourable socio-psychological climate in the study group’.

The stages of the team-building process, "climate zones" (social, moral, psychological climate), methods and technologies in the work of a teacher to form a favourable socio-psychological climate in a study group, its criteria and factors were discussed.
