On June 20, 2025, the scientific and educational school for the students "Science is the business of the young", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, completed its work.

On the basis of the scientific and educational center of VSMU "Center for Molecular Genetic and Biotechnological Research", the students attended master classes conducted by the head of the center Ekaterina Pashinskaya together with the faculty of VSMU: the Vice-Rector for Educational Work D.K. Kuzhel; the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry I.Yu. Karpuk; the Head of the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology I.S. Sobolevskaya; the Head of the Department of Oncology with the course of FAT and PR Shlyakhtunov E.A.; the Professor of the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery Kubrakov K.M.; the Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases with the course of FAT and PR Semenov V.M.; the Associate Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases with the course of FAT and PR Khnykov A.M.; the Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry Pivovar M.L.

Based on the results of the School, the students were awarded certificates and memorable gifts.
