On June 26, 2025, a solemn University Council was held dedicated to the 20th graduation of doctors from the Faculty of Dentistry of VSMU.

The solemn meeting of the Council was attended by the administration of VSMU, headed by the Rector of the University Alexei Chukanov, the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the BUHW Vladimir Plytkevich, the Archpriest Sergei Zakharov, the Chairman of the State Examination Commission Oleg Boginsky, the university staff and the parents of graduates.

99 graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry, 19 of whom received diplomas with honors, took the "Oath of the Doctor of the Republic of Belarus".

Alexey Chukanov, the Rector of the University, and Ivan Karpuk, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, presented graduate dentists with diplomas from VSMU.

Alexey Nikolaevich congratulated the graduates on this important stage in their lives and professional careers.: "Today you are taking the first step into big medicine. Congratulations on your successful completion of your studies and joining the professional medical community. I wish you not to stop there, continuously improve your knowledge and skills, and always remain faithful to the principles of medical ethics and humanism."

The shoulder straps of the lieutenant of the medical service of the reserve were presented by the Head of the military department Igor Lyatos.

Ulyana Ogorodnikova, a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry, thanked the university faculty on behalf of all graduates.

The deserved recognition and authority of the university in our country and abroad is evidence of the high quality of training and the prestige of the diploma of graduates of the Vitebsk State Order of Friendship of Peoples Medical University.
