The conference was attended by First Vice-Rector of VSMU, Alina Shchupakova, and the Second Secretary of the Vitebsk City Organization of the Public Association "BRYU," Victoria Petrova. 

In her welcoming speech to the conference delegates, Alina Shchupakova noted: 

"The public association BRYU is of great interest among the university students, and I am confident that you, active members of the primary organization, will be able to inspire our student community to do good deeds for the prosperity of our native Belarus. The university administration is always ready to provide assistance and support to the primary organization in achieving its goals. 

Since the organizational structure of the primary organization of the Public Association 'BRYU' VSMU is aimed at attracting as many students as possible to union activities, we pay great attention to the size of the primary organization and would like to see as many young people as possible among its members. Remember, time has chosen us!"

The agenda included the election of the secretary of the committee of the Primary Organization of the Public Association "BRYU" VSMU with the rights of a republican organization, the election of delegates to the XXXV Reporting and Elective Conference of the October District Organization of the Public Association "BRYU" in Vitebsk, as well as a report on the work of the Primary Organization for 2021-2025.

As a result of the conference, Tatyana Makarevich was unanimously elected secretary of the Primary Organization of the Public Association "BRYU" VSMU, and the Primary Organization committee was re-elected. The most active members of the organization were awarded gratitude letters for their contributions during 2021-2025.

Tatyana Makarevich, Secretary of the Primary Organization of the Public Association "BRYU" VSMU, stated: 

"Today, modern student youth is an important social group that bears responsibility for the future of society and the state. The Primary Organization of the Public Association 'BRYU' VSMU unites caring people – those who are not willing to sit idly by but are ready to use all their abilities to make their lives and the lives of their peers more interesting, brighter, and meaningful. The university's primary organization sets important goals and tasks and always achieves them. The future is ours! Together, we can accomplish a lot!"
