Today, September 4th, Mikhail Alexandrovich Nikolsky celebrates his 90th birthday. A former juvenile prisoner, veteran of VSMU, and esteemed professor.

On this remarkable occasion, Mikhail Alexandrovich was congratulated by the VSMU administration, leaders of the veterans’ council, the trade union organization of staff, and the primary organization of the Belarusian Women’s Union.

Mikhail Alexandrovich Nikolsky devoted 40 years to his beloved Vitebsk State Medical University. Throughout his career, he held various positions, including Head of the Department of Traumatology, Dean of the Faculty for Overseas Students Training, Dean of the General Medicine Faculty, and Vice-Rector for Academic Work.

The jubilee was deeply touched by the attention from colleagues, and he expressed his gratitude to the university administration and community organizations for their care, support, and ongoing assistance.
