A cooperation agreement has been signed between Vitebsk State Medical University, represented by Rector Alexey Chukhanov, and the Central Scientific Research Institute of Healthcare Organization and Informatization of the Russian Ministry of Health ("CNIIOIZ"), represented by Director Olga Kobyakova.

The parties, recognizing the broad potential and opportunities for effective collaboration in the field of public health, medical education, and sciences – fostering partnership, equality, and mutual interest – agreed on the following:

To enhance analytical and methodological capacity, cooperation will be carried out within the areas of "Demography," "Evaluation of the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Healthcare System," "Development of Organizational Solutions for Healthcare," "Sociological Research in Healthcare," "Public Health," and "Legal Regulation of Healthcare Activities."

The subject of the agreement encompasses extensive formats of joint work, including collaboration in improving the quality of medical education, participating in research projects, organizing professional training based on the implementation of best international practices, supporting the development of management systems, refining educational programs in relevant fields, promoting academic mobility, facilitating mutual visits, and conducting joint symposia, roundtables, conferences, and seminars. It also includes exchanging information, research results, educational and methodological materials, as well as providing expert and consultative assistance.
