Vitebsk State Medical University has completed the next stage of training highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in accordance with Decree No. 561 of the President of the Republic of Belarus "On Training and Certification of Highly Qualified Scientists," dated December 1, 2011 (with amendments and additions).

On October 15–16, 2025, the university conducted interim certification of postgraduate and doctoral students, during which reports on the implementation of individual research plans for the past period were reviewed. The students presented the results of their scientific work, discussed current challenges with the attestation commissions, and outlined tasks for the next stage of their research.

Conducting these assessments in this format not only allows for an objective evaluation of each young researcher’s progress but also provides timely methodological support and helps to refine further work on their dissertations.

On October 17, the final attestation of postgraduate and doctoral students took place, during which final reports on their dissertations were presented.

Seven postgraduate students and five doctoral students successfully completed their research programs in science-oriented education.
