Representatives of VSMU — Denis Nikolaevich Lits, Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work, and Professor Vasily Semenovich Glushanko, Head of the Department of Public Health and Public Health with a course of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Staff Retraining, Doctor of Medical Sciences — participated in the IV National Congress with International Participation "National Healthcare 2025," held at the National Center "Russia" (Moscow).

During the congress, the key priorities of national healthcare were discussed as part of the business program.

A main highlight was the VSMU delegation’s participation in the strategic session titled: "Healthcare in the Focus of the Scientific Paradigm of the Expert Community."

The main goal of this session was to unify efforts within the expert community to conduct scientific research supporting government policies on a healthy lifestyle, facilitate knowledge exchange, and disseminate best practices across the CIS countries.

Following the session, a cooperation agreement was signed between VSMU and the Federal State Budgetary Institution Central Research Institute of Healthcare Organization and Informatization of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. This agreement opens new opportunities for joint research and practical collaboration.
