Vitebsk State Medical University of the Order of Peoples' Friendship is a partner center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Central Research Institute of Healthcare Organization and Informatization" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the field of research activities.

Denis Lits, Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work, emphasized: "This agreement will enable the effective development of bilateral partnerships in healthcare, medical education, and science. As part of our cooperation, we plan to implement joint projects, enhance academic mobility for teachers and students, and conduct scientific and practical events."

Main areas of joint work include:

• Scientific research on priority topics such as Demography, Public Health, Healthcare System Effectiveness Evaluation, Healthcare Informatization, and Legal Support of Healthcare.
• Development of medical education: improving educational programs, integrating innovative and distance learning technologies, and advancing professional development for teaching staff.
• Practical cooperation: organizing joint conferences, symposiums, and seminars; exchanging expertise; sharing educational materials; and disseminating research findings.

This partnership aims to significantly enhance analytical and methodological capabilities, which will contribute meaningfully to improving healthcare quality and training highly qualified medical personnel.
