On October 30, 2025, at the State Educational Establishment Gymnasium No. 8 in Vitebsk, a career guidance event titled "Targeted Training Fair" was held. The event was organized for students in grades 9–11 of general secondary education establishments in the Pervomaisky district of Vitebsk, with participation from organizations recruiting personnel.

Elena Gusakova, Dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU, emphasized the importance of early career planning. She also familiarized applicants with the procedures for university Olympiads in biology and chemistry, as well as the advantages and features of admission to the university through targeted training. She highlighted that targeted training not only offers a chance for high-quality education but also provides an opportunity to become a sought-after specialist in the field.

At the end of the event, participants had the opportunity to ask questions to representatives of the recruiting organizations, which contributed to a deeper understanding of employer requirements and expectations
