Alexey Chukanov, Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University (VSMU), Member of the Supreme Political Council of the Belarusian “Belaya Rus” Party from the Vitebsk region, participated in the first meeting of “the Iskra” Youth Movement Council of the Belarusian “Belaya Rus” Party, which took place on November 1, 2025, in Minsk.

The event convened over 500 participants from across the country — representatives of regional headquarters, members of the Supreme Political Council, and distinguished guests.

Nikita Skaskevich, a student of the Pediatrics Faculty at VSMU and a member of the Youth Council of the Vitebsk region, also took part in the Council's activities.

The inaugural meeting of “the Iskra” Youth Movement Council marked the beginning of its active work in uniting youth and implementing important socio-political initiatives.
