On October 31, 2025, the VI Russian-Belarusian Scientific and Practical Conference "Pain Management without Borders" was held at the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone."

The conference brought together 280 participants — including leading experts from Belarus and Russia, researchers, faculty members of medical universities, healthcare organization leaders, physicians, and young scientists. A total of 54 reports covered various issues related to the diagnosis and treatment of pain disorders, along with 14 poster presentations by early-career researchers.

Representatives from VSMU actively participated in the event. Yu.V. Alekseenko, Head of the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery, and Professor K.M. Kubrakov moderated conference sessions and delivered presentations. Additionally, senior lecturers A.I. Lyalik and I.A. Sapego from the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery, as well as S.V. Drozdov from the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, presented the results of their research in different sections of the program.
