On November 4, 2025, the administration of Vitebsk State Medical University, led by Rector Alexey Chukanov, met with young specialists and interns involved in professional activities at healthcare institutions in Orsha.

The discussion centered around pressing topics, including how the mentoring system functions in the field and the housing and social issues faced by aspiring doctors. The young specialists shared their initial professional successes, insights into practical work, and an honest assessment of how much the knowledge gained at the university assists them in real-world situations.
