On November 5, 2025, the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course of VSMU held a career guidance meeting for students of grades 9–10 at Polotsk State Gymnasium No. 1 named after F. Skariny.

During the event, Elena Gusakova, Dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU, provided information about the opportunities to study at the preparatory courses of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course, as well as the admission conditions and advantages of enrolling at our university— including targeted training programs and benefits for winners of university Olympiads.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course, Lyubov Orekhova, conducted a guided tour of the anatomical museum for the students.

The event also featured presentations of the university's student innovation projects: "Youth of VSMU for Family Values" and "Restoration of Temples in Vitebsk Region."

At the end of the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions and expressed sincere interest in the medical profession and in studying at VSMU.

Such events help future applicants make informed and motivated choices in favor of pursuing medical specialties.
