On November 5–6, 2025, the International Volunteer Forum "Step to Leadership" was held at the Festivalny Recreation Center (Volozhinsky District, Minsk Region), with participation from Tatiana Shpakova, a third-year student of the General Medicine Faculty.

Special attention at the forum was given to the practical aspects of collaboration with RVC.by, including receiving support and participating in major projects.

Volunteers had the opportunity to acquire the following skills:

• Public speaking (learning to speak in a way that engages and is heard by listeners);
• Working with artificial intelligence (understanding how technology can aid volunteering);
• Effective team communication (discovering the secrets of teamwork and mutual understanding);
• Social media coverage (mastering tools to ensure that more people learn about your good deeds).
