On November 21, 2025, the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU hosted a career guidance event for students in grades 10-11 from seven general secondary education institutions in Polotsk.

During the event, Elena Gusakova, Dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU, introduced the university's infrastructure to prospective applicants and discussed the specifics of the admission process, including details about targeted training programs.

Lyubov Orekhova, Deputy Dean of the faculty of Preparatory Training Course, also led a tour of the anatomical museum. Students had the opportunity not only to view a unique collection of specimens but also to gain a visual understanding of the human body's structure.

Such events are a vital step in students’ career self-determination, allowing them not only to learn about medicine but also to experience its depth and significance firsthand, inspiring them to consider a future career in healthcare.
