On November 28, 2025, a job fair was held for 4th and 5th-year students of the Pharmaceutical Faculty. Alexey Chukanov, Rector of the University, delivered a welcoming speech to the event participants. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of such events for students, especially graduates, and expressed gratitude to the representatives of the organizations that recruit staff, noting that they came from all regions of the country to participate.

The job fair was attended by First Vice-Rector Alina Shchupakova, Dean of the Pharmaceutical Faculty Valentina Kugach, representatives of all seven republican unitary enterprises — “Pharmacy” and RUE “Bellekocenter” — as well as the deputy chairman of the university's trade union organization, a specialist in supporting young professionals and interns at VSMU.

Representatives of the organizations that are hiring personnel introduced students to the main provisions of their collective agreements, shared insights about the creative and sports life of young specialists and pharmacy staff. During the dialogue with students, topics such as wages, housing provision and rental compensation, incentive payments for young professionals, procedures for financial assistance, and other relevant issues were discussed. Students also had the opportunity to speak personally with potential employers, ask questions, and receive objective information about the available positions and the personnel policies of participating organizations.

The job fair helped increase students’ awareness of future employment opportunities and strengthened cooperation between the university and the organizations involved in personnel recruitment.
