On December 1, 2025, in celebration of the International Day of the Neurologist, the traditional scientific and practical conference with international participation—"Minsk School of Stroke – 2025. Innovations in Evidence-Based Medicine"—was held. The conference was opened by O.O. Rummo, Director of the Minsk Scientific and Practical Center for Surgery, Transplantology, and Hematology, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and Professor.
The organizer of this event was S.V. Marchenko, Head of the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Minsk Scientific and Practical Center of Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology of Surgery, Transplantology, and Hematology, and Chief Freelance Specialist in Angioedema at the Minsk City Executive Committee Health Committee. The Stroke School attracts a wide range of specialists involved in the care of patients with cerebral circulatory disorders. Yu.V. Alekseenko, Head of the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at VSMU, participated in the conference’s educational program.
M.V. Sutormin, Chief Neurologist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District and the Moscow Region, as well as Head of the Neurology and Rehabilitation Service at the M. F. Vladimirsky Moscow Regional Scientific Research Clinical Institute, shared his experience in service improvement and presented interesting clinical observations.
The Stroke School serves as an effective platform for exchanging experience and promoting the latest technologies in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. Leading specialists from the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Neurology and Neurosurgery, medical universities, heads of specialized departments, and young doctors actively participate in the event.
