On December 5, 2025, a meeting of the organizing teams and participants of the project on the development and organization of popular science visit programs for students of universities in the Russian Federation and higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus was held via videoconference. The results of the project, which included 14 expeditions, were summarized.
Svetlana Nikolaevna Vodneva, Vice-Rector of Youth Affairs at Pskov State University, expressed appreciation for her active involvement in achieving the project’s goals and expressed a desire to continue cooperation.
Anna Pchelintseva, Head of the Department of International Affairs at VSMU, greeted the meeting participants with a welcoming speech.
Anna Efremova, an assistant at the Department of Pharmaceutical and Toxicological Chemistry and a specialist at the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Laboratory of VSMU, shared highlights of the popular science expedition "Medical Compass of VolgSMU" held in October. During the expedition, a delegation from our university visited Volgograd State Medical University (VolgSMU). Students from VolgSMU shared their impressions of visiting our university, noting the hospitality and the richness of the visit program.
The video conference was also attended by students participating in the project, as well as employees of the Department of Ideological and Educational Work—developers and organizers of the program.
These visits were a significant step in developing and strengthening friendly and professional ties between the student communities of the two countries.
