On December 11, 2025, chess competitions were held as part of the Spartakiad of higher education institutions in Vitebsk. Our university’s team secured first place.

The team included Ilya Zakharenko (5th year, General Medicine Faculty), Alik Barseghyan (2nd year, Stomatological Faculty), Nikita Chauser (1st year, Pharmaceutical Faculty), Vladimir Kulnis (1st year, General Medicine Faculty), Kristina Chicherova (4th year, General Medicine Faculty), and Victoria Lyashuk (2nd year, Stomatological Faculty).

Congratulations to our athletes and team coach Alexander Aksentsov, senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Education, on their successful performance.
