Presentation of the VSMU calendar for 2026

calendar presentations 2026 01On December 23, on the eve of the New Year, the presentation of the Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University (VSMU) calendar for 2026 took place at VSMU. The calendar features illustrations created by students.

The calendar includes works such as "Christmas Star," "Winter Forest," "Tenderness," "Unexpected Meeting," "Spring Accord," and others. These creative works reflect themes of love for the Motherland, the Belarusian language, poetry, and national culture. Many of the authors are organizers of personal exhibitions and winners of international and national competitions.

Working on the calendar provides students with a unique opportunity to showcase their projects in a new format, express their creativity, review the achievements of the past year, and serve as a springboard for new accomplishments and progress.

Certificates confirming that the students' artistic works are included in the illustrations of the VSMU calendar for 2026 were presented to:

  • Alina Yashkina, 4th-year student at the Pharmaceutical Faculty
  • Daria Maretskaya, 6th-year student at the General Medicine Faculty
  • Oksana Volkova, 4th-year student at the Pediatrics Faculty
  • Pavel Sleptsov, 6th-year student at the General Medicine Faculty
  • Alina Faletskaya, 6th-year student at the General Medicine Faculty
  • Sergey Nazarev, teacher-organizer

Creating conditions for students’ creative realization, supporting youth initiatives, fostering an objective attitude toward the historical past, and preserving national unity are among the key objectives successfully pursued by the leadership of Vitebsk State Medical University.

We invite everyone to visit the foyer on the 2nd floor of the main academic building to familiarize themselves with the VSMU calendar for 2026.
