On January 15, 2026, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a Unified Information Day dedicated to the theme "Key Aspects of the Address by the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, to the Belarusian People and the National Assembly of Belarus."

Events as part of the Unified Information Day took place across all faculties – General Medicine, Pediatric, Pharmaceutical, Stomatological – as well as in departments, structural units, and dormitories of VSMU.

The main focus during these meetings was on the strategic vectors of the country's development. Participants thoroughly discussed the outcomes of the second session of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly, which highlighted the continuity of the course and unity of national priorities. Special emphasis was placed on a detailed review of the adopted Program of Socio-Economic Development of Belarus for 2026-2030 – a document outlining the contours of tomorrow.

Speakers clearly presented to the audience the key achievements of the past five-year period, which became a time of trials and strengthening sovereignty. Equally important was the part of the dialogue dedicated to forming a clear understanding of the immediate tasks facing Belarusian society and each of its members.
