On January 28, 2026, the 81st scientific session of the University "Achievements of Fundamental, Clinical Medicine, and Pharmacy" commenced at VSMU, celebrating the Day of Belarusian Science.

The forum united leading scientists and practitioners from the fields of medicine, pharmacy, and related scientific disciplines.

Participants focused on key issues in modern healthcare, such as improving the quality and accessibility of medical care, developing innovative technologies, and advancing personalized medicine within the framework of priority areas.

A dedicated discussion block addressed urgent tasks facing higher medical education. Participants explored strategies for enhancing the educational process and adopting innovative approaches to training future doctors, pharmacists, and teaching staff.

A total of 163 scientific reports were presented across 16 thematic breakout sessions, showcasing a broad spectrum of current research and practical developments.
