On January 29, 2026, a delegation from Vitebsk State Medical University, headed by Rector Alexey Chukanov, participated in the regional BRSM forum for university students of the Vitebsk region, titled "Vitebsk Studentschina," held in Novopolotsk.

The forum program included:

• The exhibition showcasing scientific and creative achievements of the university's faculties.
• A series of meetings titled "Step into the Profession," where participants interacted with young specialists from local enterprises.
• The dialogue platform "100 Questions to the Rector," featuring university rectors engaging with school youth.

Additionally, the regional stage of the BRSM Republican Student of the Year competition was held as part of the event. Vitebsk Medical University was represented by Maria Kren, a student of the Stomatological Faculty.
